Mazar Stays is a short-term rental marketplace for furnished apartments in Cairo that connects property owners with experienced independent hosts, who prepare and run the apartments, take bookings direct, and look after guests through the stay. It is operated by Wise hub for business solutions, a company registered in Cairo.
No guest service fee. No booking fee. What appears on the listing is what leaves your account.
You know who is running the apartment before you book, and you deal with that person during your stay.

Every apartment is prepared before you arrive, not just handed over.
We run the apartment ourselves. Our team writes the listing, answers the guest, handles check-in, and manages the cleaning.
An independent host runs the apartment day to day. We check every partner before their first listing goes live, against the standard Airbnb uses for its Co-Host Network elsewhere: ten or more stays in the last year, a rating of 4.8 or higher, cancellations under 3%, response above 90%, and a public profile we can read, and they work to the same standard as our own team.
There is no third category. If an apartment is on Mazar Stays, our own team or a Mazar Stays partner is behind it.
That is the whole idea: Mazar Stays turns idle apartments into professionally run short-term rentals, you hand us the apartment, we place it with the right host, guests book it direct.
However a home is hosted, you book through Mazar Stays, you pay through Mazar Stays, and you message the same number if something goes wrong.
Once your apartment is on Mazar Stays, everything after that is ours.
An apartment has to be furnished before it can take guests. If yours isn’t, we will tell you what it needs, the pieces, the standard, the order to buy them in, so you spend once and spend right.
Every booking, every cost, every payout appears in the owner portal. You open it yourself, whenever you want. No asking anyone. No waiting for a month-end report.
You pick the arrangement.

The rate is agreed before anything goes live. It does not change afterwards without your signature.
Apartments differ, seasons differ, and any figure we gave you before we started would be a guess. A guess is a bad foundation for a relationship that has to last years.
If the location or the furnishing won’t bring good guests, we say so at the start rather than waste your time and ours.
Every host on Mazar Stays is either our own team or a partner we checked ourselves.
The guest pays the nightly rate. Our fee comes out of the owner’s arrangement, agreed in advance.
We're expanding into more areas and we need people on the ground: check-ins and check-outs, coordinating cleaning, being the person a guest calls. You don't need an apartment. You need a phone, a way to get around, and to be reliable.
We train you. It's real work, not passive income.
