Ayman founded Mazar Stays and has been running short-term rentals in Cairo's new cities since 2023.
It started with co-hosting apartments for friends on Airbnb — building the listing, answering the guests, arranging the cleaning between stays — and grew into the portfolio and the platform that runs it. His background is in business analysis and process engineering, which is most of why this business is a system rather than a phone full of messages.
